The gist of our cause

The International Institute for Responsible Tourism, destination:development, is an international NGO which works on a non-profit basis in the interest of the public. Our objective is to promote the development and healthy growth of responsible and on all levels sustainable tourism destinations.

Travelling is a privilege and if tourism is handled responsibly, all participants can benefit and enjoy privileges.

This is what we believe in, and this is what we are working for.
